I may be being slow here, but who exactly is Narthol? Because I checked the HQ and no plaza person by that name has signed up and been added to the team... Anyways, I am back again, with reduced headaches.

helekwen, good to see you again. I hope the headaches are going to disappear completely. elarith, post the banner here when you have updated it so me or helekwen can post it in the thread. please make sure to remove narv and ducky since both of them changed kingdoms, they're not in the team anymore. ( unfortunately) also I want to give you a big hug. you were great in the match against fangorn, I think you answered almost all the questions, great work!

Questions! Team Hank Question #1 : Even though queer, which move was courageous? The Shire Question #1 : Who supplicated for the one nearly spent?
Hmm... someone doing something strange or unexpected but brave... one of the Hobbits in LotR? Thinking and searching now.

*shakes head at self* Gosh, how did I manage to miss that post? Thanks for clearing that up, Ela! Narthol, sorry about that, welcome to the team! Elli, I hope so too. I've got the eye-related ones nailed (which reminds me, I should be wearing my glasses! *g*) Hopefully I can find some sort of solution to the blood pressure related ones when I see my specialist tomorrow. But I can drill again! *dances* My first thought on that question is Merry in Bree ('You have a stout heart, but it was foolish'); I'll see what I can dig up.

Checked Bree and found nothing about it being 'strange'. I think saying 'foolish' and 'queer' are synonyms would be stretching it a bit.
Other thoughts... Merry riding with the Rohirrim or stabbing the Witch-king (actually, Eowyn could fit there as well); Sam and Frodo leaving the Fellowship; and Sam being attacked by Shelob - seem to remember something about sam attacking with an unexpected power? Or was that his bust up with Gollum?
Anyway, I'm heading out the door now so I'll have to check these later.

Ok, I found this:
Sam and Frodo leaving the Fellowship
"'This then is the answer: Frodo has gone by boat, and his servant has gone with him. Frodo must have returned while we were all away, I met Sam going up the hill and told him to follow me; but plainly he did not do so. He guessed his master's mind and came back here before Frodo had gone. He did not find it easy to leave Sam behind!' 'But why should he leave us behind, and without a word?' said Gimli. 'That was a strange deed!' 'And a brave deed,' said Aragorn." TTT, The Departure of Boromir.

I posted it yesterday, just forgot to put in here that I'd posted.
Steal opportunity! Team Hank Steal #1 : Who supplicated for the one nearly spent?
Shire answered Aragorn for when Faramir is in the Houses of Healing. Only other things that spring to mind are Frodo at the Fords of Bruinen or perhaps Bard with his last arrow.

2 hours 45 mins til the steal deadline. Found nowt for Frodo. Bard is a vague possibility - it could be him or the thrush that tells him to wait:
The thrush: "Suddenly out of the dark something fluttered to his shoulder. He started - but it was only an old thrush. (...) 'Wait! Wait!' it said to him. "The moon is rising. Look for the hollow of the left breast as he flies and turns above you!'" The Hobbit, Fire and Water
Bard himself: "'Arrow!' said the bowman. 'Black arrow! I have saved you to the last. You have never failed me and always I have recovered you. I had you from my father and he from old. If ever you came from the forges of the true King under the Mountain, go now and speed well!'" The Hobbit, Fire and Water
Not totally convinced on either but I'm not sure I'm going to find anything better by the deadline.

I think the hobbits are right but that doesn't mean we can't try a steal. if you don't find anything else before the deadline post the one about bard, it is a possibility. I really don't have any other ideas. and again, great work elarith!
